On the other hand, leadership encourages initiatives and new ideas and rather than following strict rules and procedure and organizational structure, members are free to present their ideas and get the desired resources. Of course the risks of accomplishment increases however the payoff that leadership gets as a result of fostering creativity and innovativeness are much greater than management.
